Background:
Shares, Inc. is proud to be a unique not-for-profit operation that employs people with disabilities from throughout Central Indiana. Qualified supervisors oversee all our projects and we go to great lengths to maintain our excellent quality record. Our three plants provide supportive learning environments for our employees to grow and become valuable members of today's competitive workforce. Also, as a not-for-profit company, our customers can take pride in knowing that our revenues funnel right back into our Central Indiana community through the various services we offer.

The Shares, Inc. Hegel Industries Plant III is now ISO 9001:2000 Certified.

By providing systematic training and exposure to all types of life experiences, persons with disabilities can become less dependent on other people and function to their full potential in society.
