Emphasizing Productivity, Work Skills Improvement, Safety, Personal and Social Skills
Shares, Inc. works with Central Indiana communities to provide specialty programs to assist persons with disabilities. These programs include job matching, living skills training, and other support services.
Disabilities range from developmental disabilities, including people with mental retardation, cerebral palsy, and seizure disorders, to persons with mental illness, physical, hearing or other health impairments.
Our community employment services provides the business community with assistance on modifying or eliminating barriers to employment for persons with disabilities. All Community Employment Services provided by Shares, Inc. are at no cost to employers.
